Frequently asked questions
Can I join Memories without Events or Weddings?
Yes. Create an Anira account directly, open your personal space and use the local book preview without creating an event. Cloud storage sales are not open yet.
How do I transfer my existing photos?
Open your owned Events and Weddings albums from your personal space. Permanent transfer and independent cloud uploads are not active yet. Device photos selected for the book preview stay in this tab; selection is not an archive transfer.
What happens when my storage subscription ends?
Memories subscriptions are not on sale yet. Access, download, retention and deletion terms after expiry have not been set and will be stated before sales open. Existing Events and Weddings retention rules remain in effect.
Which photos can I use for a physical album?
Choose device photos you have the right to use for the local preview. Direct archive selection and print resolution/file requirements are not available yet. Showcase images are illustrative examples.
Can I download my photos?
Downloads from existing Events and Weddings galleries depend on the event plan, permissions and retention period. Memories download and export terms have not been set. The local book preview does not create a cloud archive.
